T1 — PRIMARY TREATMENT CARE
A comprehensive foundation for recovery.
T1 offers an all-encompassing three-to-six month programme focusing on the long-proven success of the 12-Step Alcoholics Anonymous programme, combined with healthy living and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
All programmes are individually tailored. Daily structure includes CBT and DBT, group counselling, one-on-one sessions, step-work, exercise, and in-house and external recovery meetings.

Secondary treatment offers the next phase of transition where clients practise the life skills and recovery tools introduced during primary care.
Residents are encouraged to study, resume work, or seek employment from a safe and accountable environment. Continued meeting attendance and an active lifestyle are supported by close proximity to the beach and outdoor gyms.

Secondary Treatment
All three facilities are within a 3km radius of one another, allowing every resident access to complimentary added services at T1 — including DBT groups, art therapy, exercise, and meditation.
INDEPENDENCE WITHIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
A homely space for long-term recovery.
T3 Independent Long-Term Care is based in Sunningdale, Cape Town. Residents are afforded long-term stays with the focus on developing and maintaining independence in a safe and homely environment.
Although this home affords more flexibility and tailor-made arrangements, residents remain accountable for their movements and are encouraged to maintain their independent recovery journey as a priority.
